Yes. This is one of ProfitXControll's core features. You can own or join multiple businesses under a single account. Each business is completely isolated — its own products, team, analytics, and finances.
When you create a business, you are the Owner. You can invite other users as Admins (who can manage everything) or Employees (who can register sales and log expenses). Role permissions are enforced at the server level — not just the UI.
Yes. When you make a sale, stock is deducted automatically for products that have inventory tracking enabled. When you log an inventory purchase expense, stock is added automatically. The Metrics dashboard shows stock alerts for products that are out of stock, low, or have no recent movement.
Yes. ProfitXControll accepts CSV and XLSX files for bulk product import. Before importing, you'll see a preview of all valid rows and any errors, so you can fix issues before they get into your data.
ProfitXControll uses Keycloak-powered OAuth2/JWT authentication with short-lived access tokens and automatic refresh. Role-based access control is enforced on every API request — not just the user interface.
